* There are some hotel owner(s) in the area that say they can provide this service only to have you stay at their hotel. M.A.S. used one of these hotels as a pick up location in the past only to have our clients compain daily about dirty rooms, bad service, and it even got as bad as having clients cancel their interviews due to having severe bed bug bites all over their body. We have already met several of their clients just recently who have been very dissatisfied with the level of service they have received, only to be left alone at the consulate not knowing what to do next as their "agent" was nowhere to be seen. Please remember, just because someone is of the same nationality as you doesn't mean they are looking out for your best interests! M.A.S now uses one of Brownsville's finest hotels as a pick up location to help ensure that our clients are going to be as comfortable as possible. That is our pledge to you!

Appointment Scheduling TIPS
1. Log on to www.usvisa-mexico.com and register yourself/family with the system. This will cost you $8.00USD. You will be given a PIN to access your account at a later time if no appointments are currently available.
2. Email MAS if you want to schedule your appointment for the following month and nothing is available. MAS will then send you an email immediately once the appointments open up to save you the hassle of logging on everyday to see if they are open. Email only please!
We will need the following:
- Best phone # to reach you.
- Email address where you want the notification sent!
That's it! Just wait for our email and schedule your appointment!
Remember, while you wait for our email it is important that you log on to the reservation system website and create your account beforehand to have the best chance of getting the date that you want!
You can do this the month before you plan on coming down so when the appointments open up, all you have to do is log on to your account, enter your PIN information and access the appointment date calender. Simple!!!
Best of all, MAS does not charge you one penny for this!!!
